I have a pre-made PDF, that has a box at some location where I would like to insert an address, or contact details. If I know the location of hte box, can I use Prince to insert my text at the desired location and possibly rotation?

No, at the moment Prince cannot load PDF files. If it was an SVG file then you could perhaps do something like this.
