File does not start with %PDF

Hi

I have recently created a web application that uses Prince as the PDF engine.
I am however getting a strange error "File does not start with %PDF"

Can you suggest any thing to help.

Trying saving the response to a file and checking the beginning of the file in an editor. Perhaps some extra information is being sent to the browser before the PDF file, such as an unwanted <html> header or something like that.
