I'm wondering if there is a way to insert a PDF file in between the pages.
I have to create a packet for multiple students. It will have a cover page and then an already made pdf file as next page(s). Is it possible?

Not with Prince, but third-party PDF tools like pdftk can be used to combine and edit PDF files.
