We are trying to create validation for a scenario wherein InDesign we will be with notified with an error stating a content is hidden in a box, further which we shall rectify the issue but do we have any similar options in Prince XML to create a validation for such scenarios.

For instance, we have a random box and over that the content is hidden, please check the html and output pdf where the number 4 is hidden so in such situations do we get any notification that this number or letter is hidden. Do we have any options for that? Thank you.

Not directly, but you can use the Box Tracking API to check where various boxes have ended up.
