My assumption is no, since PrinceXML does not know what page content will fall into ahead of time and the true black option seems scoped to the @prince-pdf selector : https://www.princexml.com/doc/11/properties/prince-pdf-color-options/

However, since this is a color-space only change, I wanted to ask.

This option only applies to the entire PDF at this time. It might be possible to apply it to individual elements in the future, but probably not individual pages.
