Is there a way to place content directly above footnotes on a specifically named page (not all pages), so that it always resides at the bottom of the page above the footnotes? If so, how do I accomplish this?

How do I place content directly *above* footnotes?
You can use a page float ("float: bottom") however this requires the content to be in the normal flow on the page where you expect it to appear, it can't be added automatically from a style sheet on each instance of the named page.
Thanks, Mike. This did the trick. Is there a way (an easy way?) to have both in a footer (e.g., @bottom) so that they appear on each page in this fashion?
Not above the footnotes, only below. This is something where it would help if we supported flexible page templates.
