In that article he is using wkhtmltopdf, but as I love Prince my question is : can we do the same with Prince ?

I don't know anything about Microsoft Flow, but I don't see why not. The issue mentioned in the article about GDI access for fonts will also affect Prince, although it would be possible to create a Prince package that only supported webfonts and did not require GDI if this was a blocking issue.
