I was trying out Prince for an Urdu document that uses the font Noto Nastaliq Urdu. When trying to generate the PDF, following warning was issued (and repeated multiple times) :

prince: warning: match_context: unexpected lookup flag: lookup_flag(12)

In the generated PDF file, the text using Noto Nastaliq Urdu was broken (incorrect joining behaviour, wrong positioning of glyphs), while the text using another font (Noto Naskh Arabic) was correctly displayed.
