I've been drawing a number of simple SVGs in Inkscape for a side-project which will ultimately be formatted for print with Prince, but I've run into a rather ugly problem with Prince's interpretation of the SVGs output by Inkscape.
The text in my first test drawing[1] is rendered far to the left of where it's supposed to be. I attempted to trim down the convoluted Inkscape markup in an effort to diagnose the problem myself, but couldn't find anything amiss. Given that both Opera and Mozilla render the SVG as I would expect, I suspect the trouble squarely lies with Prince, but I can't figure out what it is.
Guidance? Please?
