It seams that box-decoration-break doesn't effect margin on block level elements.

This example shows an paragraph inside an text box, where the paragraph spans across two pages. And it's margin gets reapplied to top of the element, even when it has the propertie box-decoration-break: slice;.

But it works fine, when a paragraph has padding to the top. (see second box)
