I am able to create one page perfectly. Once I add enough data for two pages it only shows one line at the top of each of the two pages. It appears to be the first two lines that were previously displayed on the one page output.

I had messed up the html. I was trying to put floats and non-floats together and it messed-up a variety of things. Sorry for taking up your time.
