How can I enable the external entity in prince XML?

With the --xml-external-entities option.

Please note that the "XML external entity loading is disabled" error may be misleading. I found that the ^ and | characters in my URL needed to be replaced with their URL-escaped versions, so %5E and %7C, respectively.
