When creating a document with a wide, in this case 24 pixels, dotted border the corners of the border can be inconsistent with the rest of the border.

In the included example, there are a couple corners that have a 'notch' missing from the border rectangle at the corner.

That is a little ugly. Perhaps the dots should even be circles once the line thickness is above a certain level.
