I'm looking to create a two column layout. On the left column is a sidebar that holds a picture of the person, profile information and a logo. I would like this sidebar to be repeated on each page and be about 30% of the page width.

I've tried using the @left variable (https://www.princexml.com/doc/paged/#page-header-footer) but once I go wider than 150pixels I receive an error that says "subsurface_out_of_bound".

Which operating system are you running Prince on? This error message relates to a filter issue which has just been fixed, so we can provide you with an updated build.

I am on OS X El Capitan (10.11.2).

We have an updated latest build available now which should fix this issue.

Anything styled with position: fixed; should be repeated on every single page when printing.

And it is repeated in FireFox, just as it should be, but is not repeated in Prince output : ((((((

Thanks guys. I decided to not go with the repeating sidebar as the contents within it could expand past a single page. Instead I just went with a long continuous sidebar.
