mikeday
Slightly different font versions, perhaps. Do the PDF files look visibly different?

Perhaps you could email them to me (mikeday@yeslogic.com) and I can compare, otherwise difficult to say.
Artyom
Used fonts: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif. Files are different from 2000 to 6000 the number of bytes

FontName, BaseFon,t Encoding - identical. This feature of Windows 10 associated with system fonts?
mikeday
Yes, Microsoft updates the fonts from time to time, so the font tables may have changed slightly. You can check by comparing the files stored in \Windows\Fonts.
