I'm wondering whether there is a way to use Prince to retrieve and render images served to a page using the International Image Interoperability Framework Image API (http://iiif.io/api/image/2.0/)

For instance, I'd like to be able to include images displayed in a viewer like Open Seadragon:

Hi, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for. The IIIF specification seems to simply describe a specific URL structure for images - with associated meta data. Of course Prince can embed an image by any URL - also if the URL conforms to IIIF conventions. However, I may be missing something about the request - is it about Prince supporting a specific JavaScript library used to load IIIF images or something? The images are not embedded in the PDF if I try to render the openseadragon.github.io URL above, apparently due to JavaScript incompatibilities.
