I keep getting a Segmentation fault when processing. The number is different but it is always a segmentation fault when it hits Page 144 (or 145 can't tell).

Happens after the following line:
prince: page 144: warning: no font for Supplementary Private Use Area-A character U+FEB97, fallback to '?'

Let me know if I should zip up all my source files, plus include the command line being run, etc.

Yes please send me (mikeday@yeslogic.com) whatever you can to help diagnose the problem. Also which version of Prince are you running, and on which platform?

Thanks for getting back to me. After a bunch of debugging it appears that I found the issue from a slightly malformed HTML element on the downloaded web pages. Once those were corrected, the execution completes.

Okay that's good, although we would still like to fix the problem on our end if we can.
