PHP wrapper from this page: https://www.princexml.com/download/wrappers/ is not featuring methods to set debug/verbose flags on.

Is the wrapper out of date? Or I'm looking at the wrong place?

We have an updated PHP wrapper on the latest builds page, and will be making some more updates shortly.
