Sorry to present two issues in one report, but they both appear in the same file I'm working on.

a) Three <td> elements, two of which contain small tables, do not layout out correctly in Prince. In the source HTML, see the comments marked "Bug note 1" for further explanation. The workaround is explained in the comments. However, should I need to use it if Chrome, Firefox and Safari lay this out properly?
b) An outer div's complete border is applied around 2 divs. Since this doesn't make sense -- one would think that the border around "Place _____" is due to those two divs being nested in their own div (they aren't) -- I'd say this is a bug.
