The Release Notes for Prince 10 mention a new prince-lang property.

I can't find it in the CSS properties reference; searching the Forum (or Google) doesn't result in more information either.

Does it allow to set the language of selected elements with CSS?

Yes, it does. It's not documented yet, and you can always use the lang attribute for the same purpose.
