Prince seems to paint positioned elements in order different from Opera, Mozilla and other UAs. I prepared small test page

Thanks for the test case, we will ensure that this is fixed in the next release of Prince.

In fact the bug seems to be minor and shows up in rare particular cases only. There are no problems when elements have different z-index.

For the record, this problem has been corrected in Prince 5.0 beta 4.
