One of my readers uses Preview instead of Adobe Reader to view PDFs. In the Preview sidebar (go to View > Table of Contents), the PDF rendered by Prince doesn't nest the pages like it does in Adobe Reader. See the attached.
I see that you can create bookmarks based on different heading levels in Prince:
However, Preview doesn't seem to honor these levels. The only thing collapsed are the subheadings on the same page. Is there any way to make the TOC side pane in Preview look like the Bookmarks pane in Adobe Reader?
