our company is using princeXML (Prince 8.0 Server) since 2012.

recently, we upgraded server OS from CentOS 5.7 to CentOS 6.6.

in this case, do we have to change our previous licence ?

and then, is there any additional charge ?

You can keep using the same license with Prince 8.1, or you can purchase a support contract to upgrade to Prince 10.

This is still true for government institutions and other noncommercial entities that are producing documents for internal use or published free of charge. For such use, we still offer per server licensing.

For commercial use, we now offer a flexible site license which allows you to run Prince on any number of servers in your own cluster or the cloud for an annual fee which includes upgrades and support.
