We try to create an CSS triangle with opacity, however the triangle is outputted correctly but the opacity isn't working. We use the code below to display the triangle with opacity:


.triangle {
width: 0;
height: 0;
border-left: 50px solid transparent;
border-right: 50px solid transparent;
border-bottom: 80px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.5);
}

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
