I'm playing with target-counters and adapting href of links and can't figure out how to link to the next/previous page? What I'm trying to achieve is, that page 3 would have a "previous" link to page 2 and a "next" link to page 4. Is this possible using CSS and/or prince-function?

I don't think that is currently possible, as there is no way to refer to the previous/next page unless you have a separate element with an ID on each page. This will only work if you know where all the page breaks are in advance.
