Download the 64-bit RPM package for CentOS 6 (prince-9.0-5.centos60.x86_64.rpm), then use rpm from the terminal as root:

rpm -i prince-9.0-5.centos60.x86_64.rpm

libungif.so.4()(64bit) is needed by prince-9.0-5.x86_64

Try this:

sudo yum install giflib
