Given the limitations of <tfoot> element, it would be great to control table captioning such when tables split across pages we could add "continued on next page..." or similar. It appears that the best way to achieve this is with a table caption with a class with a "prince-caption-page: all-except-last" property. This would obviously only paint the caption when the table is not on the last page (the last page would be the same as the first page if the table is not split across pages).
