There are another way to express a page-footer? The User Guide shows only CSS-content, p. ex.,

@bottom-left{  content: "MyFootContent"; }

where not is possible to use bolds, italics, sup or sub. (ex. <b>My</b>^FootContent).

For that you need to flow an element from the document to the margin box.
