I have dynamic pages separeted with page-break.

Sometimes, one 'page' is longer (height) than the page size.

Is it possible to do the same as prince-shrink-to-fit: auto but for all the page ? (height and width)

No, it is not possible to shrink blocks vertically to fit on the page.
