Dear friends,
We've stumbled upon an issues with saving changes in PDF and printing our PDF documents generated by Prince XML. We are using a third-party typeface for PDFs generated via Prince XML. We've purchased the license and we are allowed to embed the fonts into PDFs.
However, it turned out that when we use the font with Prince XML, the generated PDFs look fine, but: whenever we want to add a comment to the PDF document and save changes, all glyphs disappear. Also, when we print out the PDF, glyphs are not displayed. Do you have any thoughts on what might cause the issue?
When generating the PDF, we use
prince source.html -s css/pdf.css -o result.pdf --log=log.txt
without any restrictions on printing or modifications. How can we resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated!
