I have a document that can be 1+ pages and has a footer at the end. To avoid headers being orphaned I use age-break-after: avoid; However when the header is moved onto the next page it leaves behind 2-3 borders with weird triangles. I attached the a test pdf that shows what I'm talking about.

Page break leaving artifacts
Looks like an element is being split across the page break or something, and leaving the beginning of the element at the end of the previous page, but without any content so it's small. Are the triangles coming from a border, or an image?
