I am using Google Sites to create an HTML manual and now wish to print a pdf. The issue is that I embed Google Documents in web (Google Site) pages. I believe Google Documents already uses PrinceXML.

Can a single pdf be generated of a Google site that includes embedded Google Docs?

You will probably need to take this up with Google. If you can get a single HTML output that includes everything you want to print, then it should be possible to convert that to PDF with Prince.
