Does PrinceXML support the automatic alignment of the baseline of texts in two columns?

The attached PDF contains mis-aligned base-lines for the upper half of the first page.

Not yet, this would require an addition to CSS. However, you can arrange it yourself, by ensuring that the heading size is a multiple of the body text line height.
