I'm using Redhat Enterprise Linux 6 because of some other requirements, and need princexml on it.

I'm getting the dns issue described here: http://www.princexml.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=1266

Is there a statically linked version or something?

There is a statically linked archive here: prince-8.0-beta1-linux-static.tar.gz. We plan to include a RHEL6 package with the next release.

The statically linked one is missing dependencies which don't appear to be available.

What is the error message? Are you running on a 32-bit or 64-bit machine?

Unfortunately I don't have access to the machine. It's a managed server, 64-bit. The only library the guy mentioned specifically was libtiff.

I'm looking for something that is more RHEL6-friendly right now.

There is also a static 64-bit binary here: prince-8.0-beta1-linux-amd64-static.tar.gz

Prince 8.1 is now available with RPMs for RHEL/CentOS 6, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
