I know this is dumb, but the go button followed by the view button half a screen away has always bugged me, as I tend to iteratively test within Prince.

Could you add a button which does both?

The GUI for Prince 8.0 will be unchanged apart from the addition of --javascript, but we are planning the development of a new GUI immediately following the release which will feature a revamped interface.

Prince 9 is out, with a fully revamped Windows GUI. Now there is no view button at all, which you may not consider an improvement, but other aspects of the GUI have been polished considerably, and this will provide us with a much more stable base to improve in future releases.
