Is it a bug on my browser or does the roadmap page look completely different than the rest of the site? It looks awesome though... half-finished project?

That would have to be quite a browser bug to create a whole new layout!

At some point the new design will be applied to the whole site, for the time being it is a special treat for people browsing the development roadmap.
