We generate documentation out of an UML design tool. Much information is embedded within graphical charts. It would be cool if we could mouse click on a element in a chart and jump to the corresponding section in the documentation.
Unfortunately, the design tool does not support SVG output. But its export formats (XMI + PNG images) provide enough information such that a HTML image maps can easily be build.
The image maps work well in the browser, but when viewed as PDF no hyperlinks are present.
Does Prince not support HTML image maps (tags "map", "area" and attribute "usemap")?
