It isn't a standard yet, but I would love to be able to use the font-variant-ligature discussed in CSS3 at http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-fonts/#font-variant-ligatures-prop .

Do you think it is reasonable?

At the moment you can access OpenType font features with this syntax:

font-variant: prince-opentype(dlig)

We will support the new CSS3 property names and values once they have settled down.
