I've not noticed this before, but I got an error message from Prince today which I am pretty sure is a typo:

prince: xxxxxxxxx.html:85: error: htmlParseCharRef: missing semicolumn

Surely this should be "semicolon" and not "semicolumn"? The error is indeed a missing semicolon from the end of an entity reference.

It isn’t a big deal, but I thought you might like to know.

Good catch! It looks as if this typo has been in libxml2 for a long time, but may be fixed in newer versions. Perhaps we can upgrade the version we are using with the next release of Prince.

Update: Actually it appears that this error message is a relatively recent addition to libxml2. Either way, we have reported the error.
