What paragraph breaking algorithm does Prince XML employ and how does it relate to the paragraph breaking algorithm employed by LaTeX?

It's similar, as it is based on Knuth's work. However, CSS and LaTeX have very different underlying layout models, and our algorithm is only recently developed; we may be able to improve it further in future releases.
