I noticed that kerning is not working properly with every font. I did not test it extensively, but here is the result with Adobe's Arno Pro and Linotype's ITC New Baskerville.
Arno has three GPOS items: "kern", "cpsp" (capital spacing) and "size". Baskerville has only "kern". I tried to play with font-variant: prince-opentype(kern), but this did not change anything.
Here, you notice that the kerning for "VAVA..." is correct, but the kerning for "T.T.T..." is not.
